Enlightened Coaching

Before my awakening, I yearned for a qualified guide to help me understand the path I was on. Someone to offer spiritual guidance and reassurance that the things happening to me were normal. I found this assurance in books, but never in person. Now that I've integrated the knowledge gained from my journey, I'm offering others the guidance I would have welcomed when I needed it most.

I currently coach people one on one in the following ways:

• Via Skype
• Over the phone
• By email

My Approach

I help others based on my direct experience of enlightenment and the knowledge gained from my personal journey (both pre- and post-awakening). In my role as both a spiritual teacher and enlightening coach, I have worked with people at every stage of realization, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. I welcome anyone from any background or tradition, no matter what your current level of development. My only criteria is that you are 100% committed to your spiritual evolution as a human soul.

The Process

In each session, I guide you to reconnect with your true nature and help you overcome whatever is interfering with your ability to live from nondual being. Sessions are one hour and generally have four components to them:

1. We begin by discussing whatever you'd like to focus on. This can be a question about your journey, such as any experience(s) you'd like help making sense of, a difficulty you are trying to overcome, etc.


2. During a session I generally move between spiritual guidance and therapeutic dialogue, which means we might do some inner work. This involves going within and working out any issues that are holding you back from living from your true nature.


3. Along the way, I'll help you find practical ways to integrate the wisdom and insights gleaned during your session into your daily life.


4. I also provide energy transmissions, if and when it is appropriate. Also known as shaktipat, these energy transmissions accelerate the evolution of your soul. This can happen whether we connect in person or by phone/Skype. You just have to be open to it.
